1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing Skyluxe Ads' website, agency services, or digital consultation portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Agency Services & Proposals
Skyluxe Ads provides turnkey and retainer-based Digital Marketing, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Graphic Designing services. All project timelines, milestone deliverables, and cost breakdowns are defined in formal client proposals.
3. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon full payment for completed milestones, all custom codebase deliverables, design assets, Figma files, brand graphics, and advertising assets created for the project become the property of the client. Skyluxe Ads retains ownership of proprietary agency templates and internal tools.
4. Client Cooperation
To ensure on-time delivery, clients agree to provide necessary assets, access credentials, and timely feedback on design and development milestones.
